Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us.


You may return most new, unopened items sold within 14 days for a refund. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied. We do not accept returns on sale items, sale items can be exchanged if in new and unused condition, all tags must still be attached. Sale items can only be exchanged. 

To initiate a return please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at info@cardvaultusa.com for return authorization. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete to send back to us. The form MUST be included with your return.
(Please keep in mind, we do not cover shipping cost for the returned unit. We advise that you hold on to your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.)


Most refunds are processed within 24-48 hours from the date we receive the return.
